wait a minute - you put coffee in your pudding? Now that's a pudding I could quite happily enjoy for breakfast! *grin*

This is yummy & Ditz does a good job when she makes it. And I have lots of desserts with caffine in them! BIG CHEESY GRIN.

Pudding in this house comes out of a box, or out of a plastic pudding cup LOL

It actually sounds delicious - I might try it, but a question...

Q - instant coffee or perk? (in case those are called different things there, haha,... the kind you just add to a cup of hot water, or the kind that goes in the coffee machine in a filter?)

I'm guessing it's prolly the latter...

caffeine + me = happy molytail!

To answer your question: Instant ~ the sort you just add hot water to; but don't add hot water before you put the coffeee powder in. Just add the coffee powder. This is a REALLY easy dessert to make. It's probably the first cooked thing all mine learnt to make.lol.

Sounds delicious. (Except the walnuts)

Around here we call this type of dessert a "brownie pudding" - I eat it hot or cold or anyway I can get it, but Bob only likes it with ice cream.

"pudding" in America is usually cold and creamy - homemade pudding in our house is eaten hot.
I think in England any kind of baked dessert is "pudding," correct me on this please! Another language thing...

If I wasn't on a diet I'd sure try your recipe.
